Generalism is a feature, not a gap.
The best operators aren't deep in one function. They're the connective tissue. I've stopped explaining my range as a limitation.
Systems outlast heroics.
Anyone can sprint for a quarter. Building the cadences, the decision frameworks, the playbooks — that's what compounds. I build machines, not just outputs.
Stay close to the ground.
I build D2C brands and ops platforms on the side because the further you are from reality, the worse your strategy gets. Skin in the game keeps instincts sharp.
Missions over mandates.
I've only ever worked on things that feel like they matter — agritech, edtech, tools for merchants. The mission has to be real, not just the slide deck.
